The Official Opening Of Westhill Nursery

On Monday we had our official Westhill Nursery Opening

We had the pleasure of Mr Anthony McIsaac cutting the ribbon and unveiling the plaque.

Mr McIsaac is our Hereditary Governor and the grandson of the School’s founders Williams and Contance McIsaac. He also grew up in Westhill as a child as his father Roy was Headmaster from 1954 to 1966. The children loved hearing about his childhood memories of Westhill.

Also in attendance was Bob Seely MP, Ryde Town Mayor Richard May and High Sheriff and Ryde School Governor Dawn Haig-Thomas.

The children celebrated by enjoying a wonderful cake made by Maddie in Lower Sixth; it was as tasty as it looked!
