Examinations Officer

 

We are currently looking to appoint a highly-organised Examinations Officer to take responsibility for the administration and coordination of all aspects of external exams within the School. 

The organisation of exams must be done in accordance with the relevant regulations as prescribed by the associated awarding bodies. As such, this role offers a rare opportunity for a driven and methodical individual who is able to utilise exceptional organisational and administration skills to schedule a successful exam season. 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of personal organisation.
  • Strong communication and supervisory skills to lead the exams invigilation team during the exam season. 
  • A flexible attitude, adapting to the needs of the job as and when they arise.
  • Self-motivation, able to work under own initiative yet contribute to a wider team when necessary.

Examinations Officer Job Description

The closing date for applications is 12 midday, Tuesday 9th December 2025. Interviews will take place at the school shortly after.
